Kindling Consulting is committed to delivering high quality digital resources and customized strategic tools. Due to the nature of our products and services, the following refund terms apply.
1. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Because access to reports, playbooks, templates, algorithms, and other downloadable materials is provided immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact support and we will assist you promptly.
2. Customized Products
For customized products, including Customized Wound Algorithms or other tailored deliverables:
• Payment is required prior to development
• Work begins once required intake materials are received
• Fees are non refundable once development has commenced
If a client chooses not to complete the intake process after purchase, no refund will be issued.
3. Consulting Services
For retainer based or project based consulting services, refund terms will be governed by the signed service agreement.
Unused retainer hours are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable agreement.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within seven business days of the transaction. We will review and correct any confirmed billing errors.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of the terms listed above may be reviewed at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case by case basis.
